Join my workshops to unlock the potential of optimal breathing using the Oxygen Advantage method. As a yoga teacher, master oxygen advantage coach, and a student of myofunctional therapy, I blend functional breathing, movement, and core yoga values to support holistic development. Within my workshops I teach scientifically-backed breathing methods to improve focus, energy, and stress management. I help you develop strategies to aid sustained energy and concentration. If workshops are run within a team or corporate enviroment I will equip your team with tools for effective stress management.

  • Workplace Performance: I enhance focus and energy levels for better work performance.

Breathe for Clarity: Optimizing Oxygenation through Yoga and the Oxygen Advantage

In this two-hour workshop, we will explore the science of breathing and its impact on the mind. Long-term stress often leads to habitual over-breathing, reducing carbon dioxide in the blood and limiting oxygenation to the heart and brain. This can make it difficult to think clearly under stress. As a Master Oxygen Advantage coach, I will combine theory and practice to teach you how to breathe optimally within your yoga practice, improving oxygenation, mental clarity, and calmness.
